Labor Day has come and gone symbolizing the end of summer. Now our attention has to shift to school, football, and FITNESS! The fall is a great time to re-commit to your fitness goals. Let Baudry Therapy Center help you get in shape with our Fall Fitness Options. We offer three Personal Training options, Group Circuit Training, Small Group Personal Training, and High Intensity Training.

(NEW) Group Circuit Training:

This fast moving program provides an effective, efficient and fun workout in a comfortable group environment.  Led by our personal trainers, Chaz Caiado and Garrett Bludau this group training gives you all you need to build strength, core stability, and endurance, with the help of others to push you on.

Try it out for 2 weeks: starter package: 4 sessions for $60

6 week, 12 session package for $180

(NEW) Small Group Personal Training

This fitness training program provided by personal trainers Chaz Caiado and Garrett Bludau helps get you back into shape by including elements of strength, flexibility, and functional training. This training is catered to individual needs while offering a comfortable group environment. Grab a couple friends and come train with us.

Try it out for 2 weeks: starter package: 4 sessions for $120

5 week, 10 session package for $300

High Intensity Training: 30-40 minute individual training program focusing on pure strength training. Our team of personal trainers Chaz Caiado, Garrett Bludau, exercise physiologist Tim Allerton provide for a scientifically based program to increase lean muscle mass, boost metabolism. This is a great way to get big results with little time commitment.

Evaluation: SPECIAL $120 (20% off evaluation through 10/15/2011), Regularly $150

Training:  $35/session

Pilates Training:

Pilates training promotes strength, balance, and flexibility to transform how you look. Our Pilates instructors Donna Brown, Kathy Koehl, and Suzy Lamore give you just what you need to get that long lean body. Our studio provides a relaxed yet motivating environment to help you look and feel great! Pilates training is offered as individual, or group sessions, and includes both mat and apparatus work.

Individual:

Special Starter package (30% off): 3 sessions for $150

10 session package: $630

Group sessions (2-3 students):

10 session package: $350

Group sessions will begin the last week of September.

With the summer months and higher temperatures behind us, fall is a great time to return to running. Start your run training off on the right foot with a running evaluation and training schedule. Physical therapist Taryn Cohn and running coach Chaz Caiado team up to provide a sound strategy for running success, providing a comprehensive evaluation of your running form and physical abilities. Our Running FITness four-week program coaches your way to better running.

Evaluation: SPECIAL $120 (20% off evaluation through 10/15/2011), Regularly $150

Video analysis, gait analysis, physical evaluation, home exercise program

Individual Training Session: $40

Run training session

4 week coaching plan: $55

Includes training schedule,  Daily Running/workout schedule, Running Log, tip of the week, 3x/week online coaching

  • 3 contacts/week with coach via email, text, phone calls to discuss programming
  • Include Tip of the week, day – heat strategies, general strategies, pacing, other information on types of training, intervals, etc.
  • Provide updated information from good running sources to keep the runner informed.

Gofl fitnessAs the summer heat fades and the golf course comes calling, its time to get back in shape for golf. Improve your flexibility, strength and coordination to hit the ball longer and feel better for a great season. Our Golf FITness program includes the Titleist specific golf fitness evaluation, which provides a wealth of information on golf exercises and how your swing flaws affect your game. Together physical therapist Rich Baudry and PGA Professional David Marchand lead the training program which touches all aspects of your golf game. Come improve your game with us.

Evaluation: SPECIAL $250 (now through October 15, 2011), Regularly $295

6 week program: $595

Includes: evaluation, Titleist home program, weekly golf specific workouts, weekly technical golf instruction, and 5 weeks of sessions, 2x/week.

Fall Fitness Programs: Tennis FIT

Tennis is a physical sport and comes with its share of injuries. This fall, get back into playing shape through our Tennis Fitness program. Led by physical therapist and tennis professional Kevin Dessauer, Tennis FIT provides specific training to help you with all aspects of the game. You will learn how to improve footwork and quickness, develop core strength and stability, prevent injury, and maximize your athletic ability.

Evaluation: SPECIAL $120 (Now through October 15, 2011), Regularly $150
