Isabella Baudry Hess is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance and minor in Internal Audit. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Hess began her career working for EY in technology audit and consulting. She decided to join the BRIO team in 2025 to pursue her passion for business development.
In her role as Director of Finance and Admin Operations, Hess leads BRIO’s operational strategy, focusing on optimizing performance, enhancing patient experience, and aligning business practices with the company’s long-term vision. Her leadership in process innovation has been instrumental in building scalable systems that support BRIO’s growth as a trusted leader in physical therapy. She is committed to driving efficiency and continuous improvement in every aspect of BRIO.
Hess is a New Orleans native who resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband. She enjoys traveling, trying new foods, being a member of the Krewe of Iris, tennis, and golf.
