
Alex Wilson, DPT, OCS, ATC earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Mississippi. Alex also earned multiple awards and honors as a 4-year letterman of the Southern Miss Volleyball team. She enjoyed working with their Football, Women’s Soccer, and Men’s Basketball teams during her Athletic Training education. After her time at USM, she moved home and obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center – New Orleans. Throughout her education, she stayed engaged with the local community by coaching volleyball and working in Athletic Training outreach programs. She continued in her passion of excellence in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Alex has worked in a variety of Orthopedic Physical Therapy environments in Kansas, Missouri, California, Florida, and Louisiana spanning general orthopedics, sports medicine, and tactical settings. She is excited to be back in her home state serving her family, friends, and community. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, playing volleyball, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.
