For this weeks 3 for Thursday,  check out these great Men’s Health tips.

The first link provides 25 great tips for better health from Dr. Oz. It’s important to note that changing habits and lifestyles is hard. Change is hard and can’t happen in one day. Take small steps to achieve better health.

Next is a “twofer” link (when one is not enough) Why do middle aged men gain weight? As men age, we process calories differently. Here are 7 steps to losing weight as you approach middle age.

And finally, this is a big one! According to a CBS News report, “Heart disease is the number one killer in the U.S., taking more than 631,000 lives each year, one in four deaths. It’s caused by plaque buildup in the coronary arteries which impedes blood flow, resulting in a potentially deadly heart attack.” Heart disease is a major health issue for men.
