On the 7th Day of Fitmas, my PT gave to me…a J-Band I.

  • With your elastic band anchored to a wall or door, stand in a staggered stance with the two ends of the band in each hand.
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together and extend your arms down to your side.
  • 2 x 15 reps
