8th Day of Fitmas…J-Band T

On the 8th Day of Fitmas, my PT gave to me…a J-Band T.

  • With your elastic band anchored to a wall or door, stand in a staggered stance with the two ends of the band in each hand
  • Squeeze your shoulder blades together and extend your arms out in a “T” position.
  • 2 x 15 reps.
