9th Day of Fitmas…Side Lying Clam
On the 9th Day of Fitmas, my PT gave to me…a Side-Lying Clam.
- Lie on your side with both knees bent.
- Keep your feet together on the table and lift the knee towards the ceiling.
- Only lift the knee as high as you can without letting the hip roll backwards.
- 3 x 10 reps each side.
