12 Days of Fitmas…Intro and 1 Day

Over the next 12 days leading to Christmas, our BAUDRY | BRIO staff is going to show you 12 exercises to get you moving well in 2019.  These exercises require little to no equipment, so you can do them anywhere, anytime.  Let’s get started!

On the 1st Day of Fitmas, my PT gave to me…a Split Squat
Drop your hips straight down and push up through your front heel.
Keep your chest up and core tight to help with balance and proper form.
Inhale on the way down exhale on the way up.
2 x 10 reps each side
